Overview

Ibotta is seeking a Part-Time Business Operations Associate to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This position provides a great opportunity to learn the operations side of the business and work cross-functionally with other teams to align on best practices and procedures when it comes to our campaign setup and performance.

What you will be doing

Manage setup components in the Ibotta application
Communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices and procedures
Anticipate issues and provides alternative methods of setup or delivery
Stay up to date on internal system changes and updates/educates impacted departments effectively
Identify, analyze, and help fix technical problems alongside Engineering and Product teams
Work closely with Analytics department to target content to unique segments of consumers
Identify error trends and work cross-functionally with other departments to implement procedures to mitigate errors, or build tools that will reduce Ibotta’s operational costs

What we are looking for

Technical Skills: G Suite, Excel, Attention to detail
Eagerness to learn a variety of technical systems thoroughly and efficiently
Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally to mitigate and troubleshoot issues
Strong desire to learn and navigate internal technical systems effectively

Schedule Information

This is a fully remote role, candidates must live in Georgia
Work schedule will consist of up to 25 hours, Monday through Friday between the hours of 2pm-7pm MST
Applicants must be willing to work one weekend day if needed
Applicants must be 18 or older to be eligible for this position
Applicants must have access to reliable internet
