Self motivation is a must as we're looking for someone committed to learning and adding their unique perspective to our culturally diverse office. The minimum requirements for candidates are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or interior architecture
• Must have a strong design portfolio, with direct experience designing and working on interiors at different scales
• 5-12 years of experience in a NYC professional architecture & design office, specifically working on interiors in NYC for multifamily and residential projects
• Creative design skills and ability to translate design into drawings
• A good communicator who can manage workflow and time well
• Understanding multifamily residential projects is a plus
• Strong computer skills listed below:
• AutoCAD or Revit, knowing both is a plus
• Sketchup is a must
• Adobe InDesign, Photoshop
