About the Role
As Project Manager, you keep projects on schedule and shape how they come to life. You'll lead projects from concept through construction, coordinate talented teams, and serve as a trusted point of contact for valued clients and consultants. This is a role with real ownership, real visibility, and real impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead multiple projects from design through construction administration
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal design teams
- Own project schedules, budgets, and deliverables — keeping everything on track
- Drive quality control and technical accuracy across every phase
- Lead client meetings and collaborative planning sessions
- Mentor architectural staff and help shape a positive, high-performing team culture
What You Bring
- A professional Architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- Prior experience in a project leadership role at an architectural firm
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a natural collaborative style
- Comfort managing complex, multi-phase projects and shifting priorities
- Healthcare or commercial project experience (preferred, not required)
- A genuine commitment to design quality, client service, and team culture
- Licensure, or active progress toward licensure, is a plus — not a requirement
- Proficiency in Revit and standard project management tools
