Overview
IMC Architecture is a boutique firm looking for a talented individual to help grow our practice. Our work includes ground-up and renovation of medium to large- scale multi-family residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Responsibilities will include site surveying, planning, production of design development and construction documents, construction administration, site meetings, and direct client interaction. Candidates must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to collaborate in all aspects of a project.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in an architectural office.
- Perform design and drafting of production of design drawings.
- Excellent collaborator and team player with strong communication, improvisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Interface with the Project Manager and Project Architect as well as other Architectural team members.
- Coordinate full drawing sets and prepare construction specifications.
- Motivated to quickly learn and improve as a professional, including developing expertise in both design and technical aspects of architecture.
- Understand NYC codes and zoning.
- Motivate and inspire team members throughout the project.
- Professional architectural degree.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Excellent English-language communication and client-interface skills.
